We build the system we kept wishing our clients already had

Honylink is an all-in-one business management platform for small and mid-sized businesses, the ones large enough to have outgrown spreadsheets but not large enough to justify an enterprise ERP project.

It started with a warehouse count that did not add up

Our founding team spent years inside SME operations: counting stock, chasing purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements against a ledger that never quite matched the warehouse. The same pattern showed up everywhere. A sales team working from one list, a storekeeper working from another, and an accountant working from a third.
Every business we visited had bought software to fix it. Almost none of them had bought one system. They had an accounting package that could not hold stock, a stock system that could not post journals, and a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together by hand.
Honylink began in 2016 as an attempt to close that gap: one database where a sale, a stock movement, a purchase and a journal entry are the same event seen from different angles.

Our mission

Give every growing business the operational visibility that used to be reserved for companies with an in-house IT department.

Make the truth visible

A business owner should be able to see what stock they own, what it is worth and what they are owed without waiting for a report. We treat accurate, current data as the baseline, not a premium add-on.

Respect the shop floor

Software that ignores how goods physically move gets abandoned. We design for barcode scanners, split deliveries, damaged stock and rush orders, because that is what the work actually looks like.

Earn the switch

Changing systems is disruptive and expensive. We only ask a business to migrate when we can show, using their own data, that the change pays for itself.

How we are different

The honest comparison, including where we are not the right answer.

Inventory is the core, not a module

In most accounting-led systems, stock is a bolt-on that cannot express batch numbers, units of measure or multi-location transfers. In Honylink, inventory is the foundation everything else is built on, which is why the ledger and the warehouse always reconcile.

Priced for SMEs, sized for SMEs

You buy the modules you need, per user, without a compulsory enterprise tier, a mandatory consulting retainer or a licence fee based on turnover. A 15-person distributor should not be quoted like a 500-person group.

Implementation measured in days

We scope the rollout around one painful process first, usually stock control or order-to-cash, and get you live on that before expanding. No nine-month project plan before anyone sees value.

Named humans, not a ticket queue

Every account gets an implementation contact and a support channel staffed by people who have worked in warehousing, finance or production. You can reach them on WhatsApp during business hours.

Your data stays yours

Full export of your transactions, master data and documents at any time, in open formats. No proprietary lock-in, and no charge for taking your own data out.

Where we are not the right fit

If you need heavily bespoke workflows, deep sector-specific compliance for regulated industries, or on-premise deployment with a 200-seat user base, a specialist enterprise vendor will serve you better. We would rather say so early.

How we work with you

Every engagement follows the same shape, whether you are a five-person trading company or a 120-person factory. The scope changes; the discipline does not.

Talk to the team behind the platform

Bring your current process: a spreadsheet, an export, or just a description of where things go wrong. We will tell you honestly whether Honylink fits.
