Modules that share one database, not eight that share a spreadsheet

Turn on what you need today. Every module below reads and writes to the same records, so inventory, orders and accounts stay reconciled without manual posting or overnight imports.

What Honylink does

Nine modules covering the operational and financial spine of a goods-based business.

Inventory management software

Real-time quantity and value for every item across every location. Reorder points and safety stock, batch and expiry tracking, serial numbers, unit-of-measure conversion, landed cost, and a complete movement ledger behind every balance.

Warehouse management

Bin and zone locations, directed put-away and picking, transfer orders between sites, and cycle counting by zone or ABC class so stock accuracy improves without shutting the warehouse down.

Sales and order management

Quotation to cash in one chain: quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoice, credit note. Customer price tiers, credit limits, backorders and partial deliveries, plus a live view of what is overdue.

Purchase and inventory management

Purchase orders, goods received notes with quality checks, supplier price lists and lead times, three-way matching against supplier bills, and reorder suggestions driven by actual consumption.

Accounting and finance software

A full double-entry general ledger tied directly to stock and orders. Chart of accounts, journals, AR and AP ageing, bank reconciliation, tax codes, fixed assets, and statements that reconcile to inventory valuation.

ERP system

The platform layer: a single database, role-based permissions down to field level, approval workflows with spend limits, a full audit trail, document attachments, and multi-currency and multi-company support.

Manufacturing and production software

Multi-level bills of materials with versions and effectivity dates, work orders and routings, material issue and backflush, scrap and rework recording, WIP valuation, and standard versus actual costing.

Barcode and labelling

Generate barcodes and QR codes for items, batches and bins, design and print labels on thermal or A4 stock, and scan into receiving, picking, transfer and stock-take using a phone camera or handheld scanner.

Reporting and business analytics

Live dashboards for stock value, margin by item and customer, ageing receivables, slow-moving and dead stock, purchase price variance and cash position. Build your own views and schedule them to your inbox.

How implementation works

A sequenced rollout, because doing everything at once is how ERP projects fail. Each step finishes before the next begins.

01

Discovery and data review

We walk through how your business actually operates today: who raises orders, who receives goods, how stock is counted, where the numbers currently disagree. You send us your item list and opening balances so the plan is based on your data, not a generic template.
Typically 1 to 2 sessions, no cost or obligation

02

Configuration and data migration

We configure your chart of accounts, locations, item master, pricing, tax codes and approval rules, then load your opening balances. Every import is reconciled against your source figures and signed off before anything goes live.
Typically 2 to 4 working days

03

Training on the first process

The people who touch the system daily are trained on the one process you are going live with, usually stock control or order-to-cash. Sessions are role-specific and recorded so new staff can be brought up to speed later.
Half a day per role, on site or remote

04

Go live

Your first process runs in Honylink with real transactions. We stay close for the first two weeks, watching the first stock count, the first month-end and the first supplier reconciliation with you rather than waiting for a support ticket.
Two weeks of intensified support included

05

Expand and optimise

With one process stable, we add the next module: purchasing, accounting, production. Then we review your reports and reorder rules quarterly and tune them against how the business has actually changed.
Ongoing, at your pace

Questions we get asked before a demo

If yours is not here, ask it on WhatsApp. You will get an answer from a person, not a bot.

Most businesses are live on their first process, usually inventory control or order-to-cash, within about a week of the kick-off call. Expanding to accounting, purchasing and production typically happens over the following two to six weeks, at whatever pace suits your team.

Yes. We routinely migrate item lists, customer and supplier records, opening stock balances and historical transactions from Excel, CSV and common accounting packages. We prepare an import template, validate it with you, and reconcile opening balances before go-live, so your first set of reports starts from a figure you have agreed to.

Yes. You can run unlimited locations with stock held separately or consolidated, transfer stock between sites with full audit history, and view reporting for a single branch or the whole group.

Honylink runs in any modern browser and on Android and iOS devices. Barcode and QR scanning work using the phone camera or a Bluetooth or USB scanner, covering goods received, put-away, picking, transfer and stock count.

Yes. You can define multi-level bills of materials, raise work orders, issue materials, record finished goods and scrap, and see work-in-progress valuation and actual production cost against standard cost.

No. Honylink is licensed per module and per user, so you can start with just inventory or just accounting and add modules later. All modules share the same database from day one, so nothing needs to be re-implemented when you expand.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role, and every change is logged in an audit trail. You can export your master data, transactions and documents at any time in open formats, at no charge.

You keep your data and choose a plan, or export everything and walk away. We do not require a card to start a trial and there is no automatic charge when it ends.

We will show you that one, live, on your own data, instead of walking you through every feature we have ever built.
